Karol undertook a PR campaign for Thai restaurant Chaophraya across five of their sites nationwide, generating publicity, blogger reviews and social media interaction surrounding a new menu launch. For each site we drafted and distributed a news release announcing the changes, invited key media and bloggers to VIP launch events, encouraged guests to post on social media and prepared to address any negative feedback. This resulted in:

  • Securing attendance from over 130 media and bloggers at the launch events
  • Generating over 150 live tweets from digital influencers including Em Talks (1 Million followers), Stephi LaReine (94,000 followers) and Rebeckah Vaughn (300,000 followers)
  • Securing coverage in national media such as ITV, What’s On and Square Meal, as well as reviews in numerous blogs and regional newspapers
  • Creating connections with influential regional networks such as Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Edinburgh Young Professionals, Professional Liverpool and Mercedes Benz Breakfast Network
