Our values are well documented and briefed to all our staff, and we expect all those who work for and with Karol Marketing / Fusion to read and be familiar with our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Policy. To ensure the success of this policy we will:

Getting Involved
We are proud to highlight some of the enhancements we have recently made to our policies and processes to support our DE&I goals:
- Introduced a flexible working policy to support our colleagues’ work-life balance.
- Enhanced family friendly policies and introduced additional return to work support for those going on and returning from parental leave.
- Supported various charitable initiatives alongside local fundraising.
- Launched our community volunteer programme and dedicated xx hours/days per year to volunteering activities.
- 48% of our work in 2024 was for clients who support underserved people and communities.
- Continue our workforce development programme to support colleagues in their career progression.
- Dedicate xx hours by our directors to support our sectors and professional bodies.
